    顶出式过滤砂缸是一种压力过滤器，广泛应用于水处理相关的行业。

缸体一般为玻璃纤维增强材料缠绕而成，另有不锈钢过滤砂缸，塑料内胆玻璃砂缸等，

以玻璃纤维树脂类型的较为常见。玻璃纤维树脂砂缸又叫作过滤砂缸，砂滤罐等。它强度高

，寿命长；耐酸醎腐蚀，耐紫外线，耐老化。适合于户外工程。设计特的布水器能均匀

的稳定水流，暗渠排水系统。易安装，维修、保养方便 。小流量的过滤砂缸一般都

配有多功能阀门，可以非常方便地进行冲洗反冲洗等操作。

    多功能阀门手柄调节位的含义：

   1.  FILTER过滤：正常过滤清洁池水。

   2.  BACKWASH反冲洗：排出过滤器内积藏的污物。

   3.  RINSE冲洗：排除在污水管内的污物。

   4.  RECIPCULATE循环：不经过滤器循环用水。

   5.  WASTE排污:不经过滤，直接排污。

   6.  CLOSED关闭：将过滤器内之功能关闭。

滤料选择

    如果是想去除水中的固体悬浮杂质，可以选用石英砂作为过滤介质。如果是要吸

附水中的一些化学物质，可以选择活性炭，此时过滤砂缸就成了活性炭缸。另外顶出式

过滤砂缸也可以作为生物过滤器使用。  

产品应用

    因为过滤砂缸强度高、运输方便、安装简单、价格便宜等诸多优点，它多被应用于

海水工厂化养殖、泳池工程、饮用水处理等方面。
